I'm thinking about changing my back/rear delt exercises up. Tell me what you guys think of this:
5 sets deadlift
3 sets widegrip pulldown
3 sets bent over barbell rows
3 sets reverse flys
3 sets shrugs/standing barbell row
This is what it used to look like:
3 sets widegrip pullups
3 sets db rows
3 sets cable rows
3 sets reverse flys
3 sets shrugs
How does the new one look?? sets?? order?? etc...
