NECK INJURY (Bulging Disc) Will HGH and TEST help me recover?

About a month ago (1-12)I woke up and had a stiff right side neck. I had NOT hit the gym in 2 weeks so cant blame it on that and felt good before that day. But I got a MRI a few days later and said
2 pinched nerves at C5-C6 bulging 4mm along with C3-C4 3mm . Hurt but not too terrible then woke up on 1-28 and holy Fukk it hurt beyond anything I ever felt. Since then I been on Anti iMFLAMMATORIES (PREDNISONE)and Muscle relaxers and Pain Killers and which hardly help and I have seen 2 doctors and go to see a Spine surgeon on 2-12. I have been taking a shitpile of supps for imflammation and decided to stay on my HRT low dose test and human growth hormone - somatropin - 1 iu daily. I dont know why all the sudden i got hurt but I have lifted heavy for years and am 40 years old.

Should I stay on my Low dose HRT Test and my 1iu daily HGH?
I read clinical data that the HGH helps rebuild tissue and maybe the TEST can keep me from not drying out.
Obviously imflammation is a concern with this so REDUCING imflammation is very important.
Any other ideas? I have some DECA I could do if it would help. THIS IS THE MOST PAINFUL INJURY I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Spine injuries are nothing to play with.
All ideas welcome
 
I would be very careful at this point and don't make it worse by exercising through it. It's a bulging disc, last thing you want to do is rupture it.

I couldnt even if I wanted to. Too painful and I am scared of making it worse. On a few days I was almost ready to go to the emergency room.

avoid surgery if possible. have your docter write a script for a good pt guy and give that a go. the deca might help during that process.... takes time...
 
when you abuse lifting and mess with anti inflammatories this is what happens. why the hell would a lifter take prednisone? thats just lack of common sense

you are pretty much fucked for life now. hopefully everyone reading this learns from this guys mistakes... if a doctor EVER EVER EVER gives you prednisone and he knows you lift he needs to get his teeth knocked out on the spot. its worse than giving an addict oxycontin

Agreed,,,,that would not be good.
 
It took years for you to develop this condition, so it is going to take time to work through it. Yes, the physical therapy route is first on your list, but acupuncture and acupressure may also help to speed the healing. Try to keep the pain pills to a minimum and ask the physical therapist for exercises that you can do everyday. When it is time to get back into the gym you will want to video every move you make to review your form. Stuff like this can also be agrivated by motions we make in daily life. Posture when you drive, sit, use a computer (I just sat up straighter), or walk can all contribute to the condition as well as the healing. Things like this can be a springboard to transform your health and your life, but you will have to develop a strong life condition and not give up.

I think the pred was prescribed after the injury, not part of the cause.
