Nausea

I haven't been around for awhile, but I am just geting back into lifting, like I was previously. Well it seems after lifting hard, squats or deads in particular, I get real nauseous. No matter if I eat before, earlier in the day, or drink water, gatorade, juice or anything else, I feel nauseous. It makes me not want to drink a protein shake after, and sometimes impossible to drink a shake after. Any of you have any solutions or quick remidies you use if this happens to you?? If not looks like I might need to drink some more according so some searches.

Have a protein drink after your workout. Not a shake with a carb load with it. I still get nauseous when I over do it. The worst will go away in time but chances are you will still get it. So I found something lighter helps. Stick to orange flavour it seems to be much more neutral and easier to digest as well.
 
thanx, nice avi. Do you think alittle weed would cure the problem (i do smoke occasionally)? It is a cure for nausea if im not mistaken right? My sister left some of those isopure zero carb protein drinks already in the bottle. I will give one of those a try. They dont taste too bad, just a weird after taste.

I don't have anything negative to say about the herb cause I enjoyed it immensely in my time however yes it will probably help curve it a bit but one of the problems with the herb is it kills carbs and they are to important to growth so that's one of the reasons I stay away from it. Occasionally wouldn't be an issue but regularly will effect your training.
Before I get all the guys who say it doesn't effect my workouts or growth they have proven it does effect carbs so that's all I stating.
 
squats and deads use so many muscle parts and energy to perform...kind of a shock to your system at first...keep the pace up and itl go away.
