I haven't been around for awhile, but I am just geting back into lifting, like I was previously. Well it seems after lifting hard, squats or deads in particular, I get real nauseous. No matter if I eat before, earlier in the day, or drink water, gatorade, juice or anything else, I feel nauseous. It makes me not want to drink a protein shake after, and sometimes impossible to drink a shake after. Any of you have any solutions or quick remidies you use if this happens to you?? If not looks like I might need to drink some more according so some searches.
