Natural verses regular Peanut butter

obiwan9962 said:
thank you sweetie
by the way my apnb contains no salt
but i does come out of pretty cool machine made fresh when i buy it my health food store
love it
the peanuts are roasted daily

I don't have any of those type of stores around here.....

Actually I get the Trader Joe's Unsalted PB & I'm liking that best lately....

One question. The PB at Trader Joe's by me lists the ingredients as dry roasted peanuts. Is that bad or good?

dry roasted is best
otherwise it is deepfried and there is the possibility that it is hydrogenated oil used

Stay away from hydrogenated oils. If the label claims to be all natural chances are it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils.
The process of hydrogenation results in a fat that is 2 or 3 molecules short to being identical to axle grease for your car. So not a good thing!
