Alright, I`m 27 years old and have been lifting off and on since I was 13, never done steroids, I`m 6`3" and 250 lbs. . I`m one of those all upper body guys. Never really got into squats or dead lifts. Well about a month or two ago I started hittin just flat bench, squat, dead lift , and maybe a little tris and pull ups. My question is how much could squat and dead lift raise androgen levels in the body. Reason being, I and others have noticed a change in my aggression and attitude. Just curious, please give an opinion.
