my friend says some people have naturally occuring steriods in their body. All my friends can't believe how fast I get big when i get back into it. I make more progress in 1 month then my friends make in 3 months even tho they are juicing. My problem is keeping in training mode for more than 3 months straight in which i usually get lazy and unmotivated. Anyways, in 2 months i went from 180 bench press to 270 and i'm still going up on max weight every week. I only get this jolt once I start working out, and I also get the mood swings. The other day I got cut off by a drunk driver on the highway so i jet in front of him, slammed on my breaks and blocked traffic, got out and shitkicked the guy....Not my usual character but when i train it seems like i get a little bit crazy. I'm 19 by the way. Anybody ever heard of this? Everybody thinks im juicing but i have never juiced before.
 
u lucky dog!!! at 19 it seems that ur body is producing even more natural test than most of even ur age. and bear in mind that between 13 and 21, the body produces more test than normal. yes, and working out does make the body churn out more test. but apart from that, maybe u just feel more pumped up and mentally active when ur actively working out- also confidence.

what do you want us to feel sorry for you man. I think not.

bottom line: go to the gym, use your gift, and stop the whinning.

We ALL have naturally occurring steroids. Steroid is a designation for a class of molecules; we all naturally produce steroids (for men it's predominantly testosterone, for women predominantly the estrogen family). Artificially produced steroids are based on the natural steroids, but have different structures to achieve different ends. So, your friend is wrong - it's not SOME people, it's ALL people. Just seemed like you wanted that cleared up.

I know what you mean about the natural edge you get... when I was playing ball, I was out of control for the first while (and didn't touch a DROP of gear) because of the intense training, etc. When I learned to control it, I just became a well-mannered hard-gainer. Hopefully you can do the same - and count yourself lucky for it!

Not necessarily producing more test - it is probably in the genes and you probably recover quicker, as well as your muscles "train harder" than some. Mine are the same way. Everybody always thought I was juicing when I was 200 lbs and benching 380-400 lbs. Funny thing was...I had my test levels checked and they were low! Now, I am on test.
 
Yeah I've pondered it from time to time as well. I have most of the side effects of someone who cycles imporperly. Gyno (since I was 13), massive mood swings, and other side effects, libido issues, some weeks its raging boner, some weeks mr happy isnt home.

I put on muscle like a motherfucker too, in about 1 year of training ive managed to go from 230 pounds of lardass 30%+ to about 15% 215. Even while trying to cut and lower calories, I gain muscle mass. People think I am juicing. I am pretty sure I can hit 250 easily non juiced and about 10% bodyfat levels. I am 6 foot. Very blessed, and I am thankful.
 
Talent is wasted every day. Confronting people over road rage incidents is stupid. No matter how tough you might think you are, somebodys always tougher. That drunk bastard could have also had a gun.
 
krayzfresh, I have the same so-called problems when I exercise or lift. I also gain inches in my legs monthly, if I haven't hit the weight in a while. Once apon a time the circ. of my legs grw by 6 in. in less than months time.
