Here's some pics of my progress, tell me what you think.
23 y/o
149 Lbs currently, originally a skinny-fat 155

started training on April 1. First pic is from like december, i was doing pushups and seeing if i got any results (i didn't) finally decided to just do it right at a real gym with free weights.
Lifted half ass off and on since HS, never saw any tangible results, i think this is the first time i've ever really committed and got anywhere.
Cals are balanced. I use whey, omega-3, creatine, and glutamine.
I lift 4-5 days/wk, focused on compound lifts (esp. squats, dl, power cleans, pullups, and dips)
Did a TKD diet for 2 weeks beginning July 1, lost 7 pounds and gained 1 back, i freaked out one day when I weighed 148 which i haven't weighed since HS.
Anyways what BF % would you guess I'm at? also what areas do I need to improve the most? I think my lats are almost non-existent, any tips? Also i've got weird upper pecs, they sorta cave in at the top, i've been concentrating on incline movements to balance that out.
I've got a small frame (small wrists) what do you think my nat. limit would be, I'm guessing about 165 at 10% bf.... but i dunno, i've heard small framed guys can't carry that much weight naturally.
any input appreciated, on my way to getting RIPPED.
