nasty tasting whey

I've never been a fan of optimum whey. There casein on the other hand, is delicious. I eat the optimum casein powder straight with a spoon, haha.
That's a shame because the BIG BLAST fruit punch is AWESOME.

i had a tub of that ON fruit punch shit last year ,fruit punch my ass - it smelled like juicy fruit chewing gum...made one shake ,drank it and puked everywhere.

Am using ON choc mint now and its tasty stuff, would like to try Big Blast but i would say shipping to Ireland would be a biatchh
Mix it with cranberry/pomagranate juice -- frozen blackberries, rasberries and blueberries. Unbelievable.

Also in a power move to try and cover up/make up for the latest news of all the crap they found in muscle milk. COLOR="Red"]pepsi[/COLOR] the owners of muscle milk.............yes the soft drink company pepsi owns this product.
Has bought more then half the industries protein supply. This power move was done to lower the price of there muscle milk and raise the price of any and all competing protein brands.
Seizing the moment Coke the owners of the new propel wtf ever gatoraid protein drink followed suit and bought a mind boggling amount of protein too.
The price of protein powder in bulk has jumped from a mere 1.00 a lb bulk to up around 4.00 a lb when buying in huge bulk.. The back lash is going to be felt soon I bet.

the amount of metals found in muscle milk were in safe levels and no more than what is in your food. Now Pepsi buying all the whey and dropping there prices like that is a dick move, they have no place in this industry.
