Napsgear lost my crypto payment

Does this happen often? I checked out and paid with crypto wallet. It never registered as paid, but the funds were sent. I opened a ticket and sent them my transaction hash. The sent me a message back asking for the hash that I had just sent them. I sent it again and have had no response. I paid three days ago. How long does it take to verify a hash?

you sure you sent the correct crypto? you sure you sent to right wallet? i mean if you screw anything up and you send crypto you can lose it all

Not big. Under $300. It was just a few vials from a USA source because I screwed up and ordered overseas for my first order. I’m out of test c, so I made an order from a USA source to get it faster.

I don't know how NapsGear lost your crypto payment. That doesn't make any sense. When you send crypto, there is a transaction ID, so it's right there as proof that it got sent.
