Yeah I have been doing both but I know they'll be the last to go their just annoying!!
Yes with diet and training in check it will help those areas quicker than without

You won't be disapointed I love this stuff on low carb diets, I'm interested in how it works when bulking so I'm gonna run it right thru my cut into my bulk

Yeah that's what I'm gonna do too! Try to bulk and cut! I said fuck it and ordered both with n2bulk too how do y'all recommend I take the pills and how many shakes/scoops of protein a day?
You can just take 3-4 need2slin ED, spread throughout the day, preferably 30 min before your meals, or whatever works for you. I have not had the privilege of trying N2 Bulk yet, it is on my wish list.

What about the n2burn?
Dose 2 (preferably before training) in the AM and then if you choose to you can dose 2 more caps 6 hours later

See though I can't train till the evening so when I wake up I hit a protien shake then breakfast and I workout after work
