N2burn, need2slinar, gear, rs-transaderm

As promised this will be my official log for N2BURN, NEED2SLIN, GEAR, and RS-TRANSADERM.

Cycle:

N2BURN - 2 capsules in the am/pm for 8 weeks
NEED2SLIN - 2 capsules in the am/ pm for 8 weeks
GEAR - 10 capsules daily
RS-TRANSADERM - 5 pumps in the morning right after getting out of the shower.

PCT:

UNLEASED: 1 capsule in the am and pm for first week. Then 1 capsule daily for following 3 weeks.
FORMA-STANZOL: 10 pumps in the am for 4 weeks.

After cycle and PCT:

BRIDGE: Use this for 8 weeks till my next cycle.

Stats:
Height: 6'
Weight: 200 lbs
Bodyfat: 13-15% based of calipers

Diet:
20% fat / 40% carbs / 40% protein / 150% determination

Workout / Food Schedule: I am pretty strict about my diet and have used this before for a cut with pretty good results.

6 AM - Weights Approx. 60 mins of lifting.
7 AM - 1 cup of plain rolled oats
9 AM - Handful of almonds
11 AM - Large chicken breast w/ 1 cup of broccoli
1 PM - 1 Cup cottage cheese
3 PM - Large chicken breast w/ 1 cup brown rice
5 PM - One tbsp of all natural peanut butter pre-workout
5:30 PM - 60 mins cardio on treadmill at 20% incline 3.0 mph
7:00 PM - Large chicken breast w/ 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup brown rice
9 PM - One scoop of casien protein

THEN REPEAT

I'm looking forward to doing a pretty in depth log of how the cycle turns out. If anyone sees something to change or add to it, help a brotha out.

Last, but not least, THANK YOU NEEDTO for getting me all my stuff quick!!!!

I will be starting the cycle Oct. 1st and will be posting regularly.

Here is a Picture I just took recently.....Would you guys say around 13-15% bodyfat to be accurate? Once I am done with the cycle I will post an after shot.

But hey I would recommend taking in some fats with your casein protein to slow the digestion. I use Raw protein bars that I use power PB to mix with and calorie free syrup. Power PB has 32g of protein per serving with same grams of fat as a normal PB so you'll get the good fats with a whooping more protein. Plus the bars taste really good ;)
 
Thanks bros. And to Mr. Dedication - Isn't casien protein a slow digesting protein in the first place? I've taken a look at the power butter stuff looks fairly good. I think I may order some of those.bars.

Can't wait to start my log next week. So fukin pumped right now. Im like at Christmas who cant wait to open there gifts. This log is going to thorough, and hopefully the best for the cycle im doing.

Not sure if you're cutting or bulkiing but your diet needs some work either way. If you're cutting then swap the cardio with your weight training, and by the looks of your pic you are already lean (well below 15%)so you really should be bulkiing imo

Post up your routine when you get a chance too

Don't think you need to run a pct with what you have there, I would just use the unleashed with the rest of the stack. Did anyone help you with your this?

Yea I have had a few people line me out for planning the cycle like this. Radar has been giving me a few pointers. Also I have been doing a lot of reading and this seemed like a legit plan. Pertaining to the cardio; I had been doing my cardio in the morning, but was told otherwise to change it up. I really can go either way. My thought on it with the person I have spoken with about cardio in the evening is that at that point you would be burning off excess fat storage, carbs, eetc. Lifting in the morning, from sources I've read is that your testosterone levels are peaked in the morning, allowing for a better lifting session. However, like I said in the beginning, critique what my plan is and I can modify it.

A little history of why I am cutting and not bulking. I am like you in the sense I really should be bulking right now and not cutting, but the fiance wants me to cut down for now. In 4 months I am going to be getting married, and going to Thailand for 3 1/2 weeks for the honeymoon. I told her I would have a six pack chizzled out by that time. I have always been trying to get bigger, for now I just want to lean out the best I can before the wedding.

Also how much info would you like about my routine?

What modifications would you suggest for the diet? I have tried this before along with taking a good multi vita, bcaa's, etc. It has seemed to work fairly well in the past, however, I seem to always hit a plateau once I get to around I'd say 11% BF.

In the layout I posted what I was doing for a Post cycle treatment. I will be on unleashed for a month and will be also adding in RS-Stanzol. The stack, PCT, and there after I ran by RADAR and it seemed to get approval, but like I said I am always up for more help and information.

Once I get this done and get back from Thailand, the bulking up will begin and a new road will be breached.

I personally would not eat a source of carbs with no protein source with it. i.e. Your rolled oats by themselves in the morning. And bro you are def lower than 15% bf.
 
Well if radar helped you with your supplement regimen just leave it as is

As far as cutting or bulking, I feel u on wanting the six pack but you need to put some mass on to get it. I used to think like when I started training and I would just end up skinny lol.

If your worried about staying lean just backload your carbs pwo. If you go the route you have planned you're just gonna end up mad skinny bro. You don't need all that cardio trust me. The only thing its gonna do is turn u into a stick figure. Trust me I'm telling you from experience

Sorry bro, I missed the part that I drink a protein shake immediately after my workout in the morning. Also one after cardio.
 
So hows this? Cardio 2 or 3 times a week for 40 mins max? But keep the lifting hard and heavy?
That's better imo. So if you wanna stay lean and add some muscle youre gonna want to backload your carbs

So fasted a.m. cardio no carbs right up until your preworkout meal. Have a protein shake and a banana, or a betterprotein bar (even better) then weight train,have your protein shake with dextrose for that insulin spike, then you eat a healthy serving of carbs with the rest of your meals that night...3 would be ideal but two large meals with a snack before bed should do.

So to make it short and simple, you'll be Burning fat all day and building muscle at night. This is what I would do anyway. Personally I think the fall/winter is the perfect time to lift big and eat big. You might be bloated and get a little belly, but you'll thank yourself when you're shredded in the summer.

Need2slin would actually be ideal for you with what youre looking to achieve

Currently, still working out what my routine will be. I have been using the same one for about a month now and I like to switch up what workouts I do every month or so. I saw that you had a thread about 5x5 and I am kindof interested in that. Would that be possible with one muscle group a day, but add more sets and possibly a few more workouts?

5x5 is more for mass/strength/size gains, if you want to cut it wouldnt be ideal.

If you're looking to cut or "lean bulk" then I would go with a 4 day split Mon,tues,thurs,Fri routine with your days of coming after you back day and leg day...so ideally back on tues and legs on fri

Lean bulking is tough bro, and very slow progress. How long do you have before your honeymoon?

So per the instructions for using RS-transaderm it stats after shower to put the stuff on. Right after this I will be hitting the gym generally. Would it affect the product if I shower again after working out 2 hours later.

I doubt it bro, your skin will absorb the stuff within minutes
 
craniumak I agree with some of the others keep your cardio limited to no more than 3 times a week.Also after waking up (if you're not doing fasted cardio) Have a Tablespoon of Peanut butter,some nuts between meals thruout the day.
 
I will be posting starting tomorrow with this cycle....This last week I was working on getting my diet tweaked out and use to it, before I go full force. Will keep posted.
 
Did not start today due to being sick. Hopefully in a few days I will good to go when when this f-in cold is gone.

are you taking the need2slin after you eat? What type of routine did you end up going with?
 
So here is my review for day one.

Yesterday I had taken my N2Burn around 7:15 am right before I head out to work. Unlike the rest of the reviews I have been following, I did not feel any "reaction" to the the pills till around 9:30 am at which I could feel them working till 1:30 pm. At first I could feel a slight heating with in the stomach, but nothing to crazy. Then the body temp shot up pretty good to where I was sweating while sitting at my desk at work. Also at the same time I took N2Slin after eating a 1cup oatmeal breakfast w/ 1 cup of blueberries for natural antioxidants. In the AM I applied the RS-Transaderm. I believe that I felt a good feeling throughout the day, but because I am taking 4 different things, it is hard to point to which one causes what. I am going to be experimenting with the RS-Transaderm also. The bottle says to apply from shoulders to just above the abs. From research I have done, the ribs, stomach and inner arms have thin skin allowing "greater" absortion into the body. So I plan to cycle the product in different areas and see if I notice a difference. So back to the stuff. When I felt the pills wearing off I then took 2 more N2Burn at 2pm. I did not have a reaction to the N2Burn till 4 pm when I started to break out into a sweat. I know this was just the N2Burn at this pointm because I took it solo.

When I got off work I was pinging with energy and the gym has been closed for 7 days now so I decided to go for a run. N2Burn really gives you the energy to run fast and hard. Here's what my GPS recorded.

Total Distance: 2.01 miles
Total Time: 13:34
Max Speed: 16.36 mph
Average Speed: 8.56 mph
Elevation Gain: 184 ft.
Elevation Variable: 271 ft.

This was a great workout and fast. Downfall to this run. I cannot run on N2Burn. At the end of my run I thought I felt on top of the world. Great run, fast as I use to run in high school when I was 40 pounds lighter. However, when I got done my chest was super tight and throat felt like it was closing up. For about 30 mins after the run I felt like this. Then I was back to normal with still a large amount of energy so when I got home I did 100 crunches, 100 sit-ups, 100 scissor kicks, 40 pull ups total. After I got done with this it was dinner time. I made fresh Ahi-Tuna steaks. Was really good and probably one of my favorite meals. Along with this I had 1 cup broccoli and one cup of brown coconut rice with it. After eating my high carb and protein dinner I took 2 more N2slin. This was the first time taking it solo. My experience with it is kindof weird. If you have taken psychology you may of heard of the hypothalamus. Well in the location in the brain where that is located I could feel about 30 mins later a weird tingling / almost burning sensation. It was something that I have never felt before. So today I am going to do the samething with taking N2slin solo with dinner and see how my body reacts to it again.

So overall i am pretty satisfied with how the supplements are working. Instead of weighting myself daily I am going to weight myself once a week to get a weekly overall weight loss. Additionally I am taking gear also twice a day 5 caps. I will post either tomorrow morning or evening about how today goes.

Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Biceps
Saturday: Triceps

Weds: Abs

Tuesday: Lite 40 mins. cardio
Friday: Lite 40 mins. cardio
Sunday: Lite 40 mins. cardio
 
Also at the same time I took N2Slin after breakfast...

Sorry bro can you tell me why your taking it after breakfast?
