well im about week in and its pushed me to almost overtrain myself, i want to lift everyday but i have to listen to my body telling me to rest a day or 2, so the focus and motivation i think were pushed thru by bridge

focus continues to stay strong libido was up first week and has leveld out since.

focus lifting is still great, focusing on diet more as well. been talking to need2 and we are doing a test run of need2slin and bridge together stay tuned!!!!

well started the slin yesreday i have been using bridge for about 2 weeks. focus and training intensity has stayed strong with bridge, also seemed to have gains 3 lbs
took slin b4 workout yesterday, didn feel to much dif then b4 anyother workout,then after my first set,sometihng changed in my head lol i had real good strength stamina and focus. o and pumps in my arms i havent had since i was on!
well need2 you did it again, made me push to hard now im sore as hell.

good products, wow and that was only first day of slin!
