powerchews bcaa's are a good alternative to gear, except for that they aren't a meal/caloric substitute like gear. Still can help stave off catabolism though

I love the Skely too CEO. I've got a full bottle on hand, but I'm recommending a bottle for a friend who's young son is having shoulder and rotator cuff issues. I know this will help him.
