If asking for advice on any sort of AAS or the like please include the following information:
I'm a newbie here myself (this is actually my first post), but I've been checking out the forums for some time now and I can't believe the amount of people who don't give any sort of background when asking for advice.
How is someone supposed to get you to point B when they're not sure whether you're at A, F, or #? You can't just expect someone to reach into the magic hat and pull out a cycle/diet/training plan which will turn you from 5'2", 436lbs and 64% body fat into 6'3", 230 and 2% bf in a week and a half before your big date with the swimsuit model and your appointment as king of the bloody world.
I could have just said "hey - good post", but I figured I'd make my into to the forum a little more substantial than that.
