If asking for advice on any sort of AAS or the like please include the following information:

1 - Age
2 - Lifting History
3 - Height
4 - Weight
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...)
6 - Diet
7 - Goals
8 - Proposed cycle (To show that you've at least done a little homework.)

This info is important to allow use to help you out... it's kind of like a doctor giving a consultation to someone on the phone. Without this info, it's difficult to asses peoples' needs... and isn't that great to give half-baked advice based solely on assumptions... I was a newbie once, and it tends to get peoples' goat seeing similar questions being asked... people on the board can be a little testy (no pun intended), and it will just help you get help more quickly...

Use the Search feature as well... you can get a LOT of info from previously posted discussions...

most ppl are so vague when it comes to questions,,,,these simple guidlines could cut out so much useless bullshit and wasted time.good post buddy.
 
I'll bump but I think a lot of people are just lazy. When I joined I read a dozen posts where a vet would tell a newbie to do a search. It was very plain that I need to search before I asked questions. I think it is to other new people to. The problem is they don't want to work for it. They want to have someone tell them what cycle to use, what diet to use and they are hoping they can get big lifting as long as they don't have to lift to much.

It would be nice if they read the post but the problem is they barely read the STICKYS about Board Rules, Sources, that exist today
 
Lets just hope the newbies read this. They should be doing as much research as they can before they even pose questions that way they know the answers to the most commonly asked questions.

6 - Diet well im off of my 1st cycle of gear for 4 weeks so im not eating alot of protein at the moment.
7 - Goals to get huge ripped vascular and veiny
8 - Proposed cycle my 2nd cycle is goin to be 4oomg eq per week, 100mg winny eod, 75mg tren eod, 6 tabs of clen ed.

I'm a newbie here myself (this is actually my first post), but I've been checking out the forums for some time now and I can't believe the amount of people who don't give any sort of background when asking for advice.

How is someone supposed to get you to point B when they're not sure whether you're at A, F, or #? You can't just expect someone to reach into the magic hat and pull out a cycle/diet/training plan which will turn you from 5'2", 436lbs and 64% body fat into 6'3", 230 and 2% bf in a week and a half before your big date with the swimsuit model and your appointment as king of the bloody world.

I could have just said "hey - good post", but I figured I'd make my into to the forum a little more substantial than that.
