Well after a few "years" of looking into Gh I figured I had enough saved up to try the "ultimate" in body composition change. I have done well on the cycles I have run, and figure I can push the envelope a little more.

I weigh 264, sitting at 14% body fat(a little high for my liking) This test was done at the hospital in a hydrostatic tank(? think that's the right term)

I'm currently running 40mg Dbol ED started Nov 1st along with 500mg Test En and 500mg Deca.

My Gh should arrive within the next week.

Lifts.

Bench top out at 440lbs
Average 260x3, 270x3,315x3 335x3 365x3

Overhead Press 3 sets at 145lbs

Squat 4x10 at 315 Never maxed

I'll figure out the rest later.
 
Okay...after my workout this morning.

my workout was as follows:260x3, 270x3,315x3 335x3 365x3 (will move up next week)wide grip bench press

close grip bench press 315x3, 325x3, 340x3 (had trouble on last rep.)

Rows close grip to abs 225x3x10 (will move up a little more next week did pretty easily,but the next set killed me)

wide grip rows 225 x3x10 was the plan did more like 8,6,5,4 felt good tho.

Single tricep pulldowns 45x3x10 (did easily)

tricep pullovers 110x3x10

Shoulder raises and lateral shoulder raises 45x3x10 each movement.(keeping light as to not agrivate my shoulder)

6 board presses....460x3,475x3,480x3 (pause at bottom and top)

225x10 flat bench warm down(slow movement)

Finished up with that.
 
My gains as of right now come to no suprise to the dbol...I have moved my top on the flat bench

Flat bench top at 375 x3
close grip I remained the same.
Rows I kept the same as I had trouble on the second set
Enough of keeping weights and sets this is more a study on the effects of anabolics and the gh
So I'll leave WEEKLY update from now on on my state of mind, lifts, and over all preformance.

I press overhead with a barbell and it's 155lbs now from a seated position.

Okay I've got my gh going right now...started at 3ius a day for the frist 2 weeks and am going to move up Monday to 4ius.

My normal therapy is going very well. My lifts are improving, I have a very good sense of "well being" and I'm just over all in a good mood.

So I'm two weeks in on gh....and 4 weeks into my cycle.
 
Next post here will be at 2 months. I'm into the gh now for one month, and my cycle is explosive...my sense of well being is bar none the best feeling, I feel refreshed in the mornings, maybe it's my mind, or maybe it's the fact that I'm on and looking forward to the gym...but it's all good. I'll see ya all in a month.
 
Okay everything is coming along well...fat loss is happening, wellbeing is SUPER, along with b-12...in a week I will be running slin with it...to incease by body weight.
 
Super...up to 390 x 3bench, 340x10 on the squats...

The body comp change is unreal...so is recovery. The over all lifts are mind boggling. Coming off cycle I want to see what I retain. Best cycle so far.
