I've seen all the research on this topic, some of it first hand...while interesting, I doubt it will ever be tried on humans (at least not during our lifetime)...and there is nothing available to the public that would block myostatin.
This is just another scenario where the fuckhead supplement companies take an idea and run with it...this time they've run a little too far with it.
I'm gonna guess the next thing they'll try this with will be blocking nf-kappa b...another gene manipulation they've tried on rats and shown to be effective at attenuating atrophy. (BTW, aspirin has also been shown to reduce atrophy in unloaded rat muscle by 40%).
IMHO most supplements are garbage...the companies take some study, and use the general idea of it...then go off on a tangent making all sorts of wild claims and whatnot. That's why I stay away from most supps.
