I Have a myoplex " lite" morning & night I mix it with 3 eggs
Dole pine/orange/Straw juice,honey. The morning ( on days I train) 5gs Creatine it tastes great & I seem to have energy
but Ive read " stay away from juice" my goal (surprise) Is to
lose my handles & sharpen up A little im 42 5' 6" 170 lbs I know
not very massive but hey Im happy. what do you guys think
of the mixture ?
