It's definately a question better suited for the supplement board. Huntinbuddy19, I would move the question and ask Bigguns15 to respond. She's an elite powerlifter with much success on diet and nutrition alone.

a waste of money......the logic behind it seems reasonable but the amount in the product would have to be 100x greater for it to work
