My workout, need opinions

i made a new workout. my goal is to bulk up so im doing core exercises three times a week to get enough rest. the workout is below, tell me what you think and if this is a good bulk workout. thanks


MONDAY
-squat, 3x8
-bench, 3x8
-barbell row, 3x8

WEDNESDAY
-squat, 3x8
-incline, 3x8
-deadlift, 3x8

FRIDAY
-squat, 3x8
-bench, 3x8
-barbell row, 3x8


and let me know if i need to add anything
 
I'm thinking of adding some sets for biceps and triceps on tuesday and thursday. like

Tuesday/Thursday
-barbell curls 3x5
-dumbell curls 3x8
-tricep extensions 3x8
-shrugs 3x20 (lightweight, because im doing bench and incline which also work shoulders)

what do you guys think, should i add it in?
 
maybe if your wanting to become a powerlifter... but you need to throw in all of the regulars too.. i always do pretty much the same exercises when cutting and bulking but i throw all of the cables out when bulking and add more weight and lower reps. always works for me but to each his own
