My workout, any ideas on it?

Im on an 4 day routine with a day off when I need it or not .
Day one:chest,bi
Day two:legs,abbs
Day three:back,tri
Day four:shoulders,abbs
I will jump right back into day one or rest depending how I feel or ill take a rest day inbetween days. So its like each muscle gets hit every four to five days. Also I do ten minutes of interval cardio at the end or just a straight jog for ten minutes.
 
I think it looks good. I like doing something similar to this, like a two on, one off routine. You might wanna try hitting your legs after a days rest, and maybe try switching up your back and leg days so you have another days rest from pushing movements before you hit your shoulders. For myself, doing shoulders the day after I hit tri's or chest, usually impacts my shoulder workout, not by much but I def feel like I can press more weight if I wait at least a day between pressing movements.

but it looks good, just listen to your body and rest as needed.
