My Wife Is a Big Sucker Sometimes

She told me she gave the DPS $40 to one of their call out for money campaigns for wives of deceased troopers. I said why the heck would you do that? DPS trooper suck all they do is wright tickets are ruin your day. If you want to give money give it to the wives that lost husbands in the service.

So anyway I got it in the mail and I chunked it in my trash so she wouldn't throw away the money. She found it in my trash and still sent them the money. Dang, that is almost a sushi meal for two instead of giving to wives of some ticket writing popo association.

Women are suckers which is a good and bad thing at the same time if you know what I mean.

I got mad when I donated money to the Firefighter of Michigan, cause those suckers added tax on the donation...I mean, c'mon....taxing a donation?

That's a scam normally, those advertisements typically aren't affiliated with who they say they are or they donate less than 10% of the money they take in.

My wife does stuff like that sometimes. She errs on the side of being too soft-hearted and many times I am just the opposite. I guess it balances out.

Many people do not realize that most states have line of duty death benefits. For instance, if a law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty, most states will give his or her wife $100,000-500,000 in addition to benefits paid by the city and the LEO's life insurance policies.

There are plenty of people who risk their lives everyday who don't have donation funds set up. Do you ever get calls from the "Fraternal Order of FBI Agents," the "Friends of the DEA," or "CIA Benevolence Society?" No.

The law enforcement scholarship, death benefits, etc. funding drives should be made illegal. They are around because people are suckered into donating them. What do they get in return? A sticker that they think will get them out of a ticket, but in fact does nothing of the sort.

once i let a telemarketer sell me a cruise, i had already"won"half of it, and all i had to do was set up easy installments to pay the other half, it was a week cruise, food paid for, etc etc
after i set it up, i started thinking, holy crap what did i just do?
and i called them and cancelled it.
it was like over 600 bucks and dumbass me gave them my cc number
