I hit another 20 lbs PR on leg press today... and now I'm within 10 lbs of my goal. (Which means next week will probably be my last leg press PR posting.)
I didn't think I was going to make it today. My pattern has been to take the weight I hit for 2 reps last week... and start it for 4 reps this week. It's been going like that for a month... but today I was only able to get last weeks weight for 2 reps. Still i was able to add on 10 lbs and hit it for 3 reps... then add on another 10 lbs and hit it for 2 reps... a 20 lbs PR.
Not bad given that my right shoulder and left biceps feel ripped out... and I've pulled something so badly in my side that it crumpled me beneath my squat warm up weights today.
