Here I am. I just thought I would post it to see what kind of entertainment ensues. Usually something good happens when someone posts a pic.

I blocked out the background and my face to prevent my incrimination in the involvement with all of the hookers, coke and machine guns in the background.:)

Thanks. I hadn't shaved. And my sister accidentally blow-torched my face when I was six and a half. I'm ok with it though, because now I know who really likes me, not because of beauty.:)

I have people come up to me all the time, "are you a competition athlete" and I only train what 2 times a week at most.

I am 5'10 195 pounds at 7 percent BF YEAR ROUND without a true diet.

I choose to say this light for a reason, I have never done test over 250 mgs. I always use an anti E. I am in the top 1 percent body wise.

I live in the year world, and I don't suck dick or pumble ass to get my rocks off.

Your no dexter jackson, youll never be pro so whats the point? honestly that you have an inch more on your bi peak or 30 more pounds on your frame them me. Big Deal it means ZERO in the large scheme of things.

I'm no competitive bodybuilder and I don't plan to be, so I will aim to keep my weight in the 180 to 190 range. In the pic I am not pumped. Actually, that pic is from a few months ago, when I was fatter and a little stronger. I got injured before that and decided to take a pic. A few months before that I was only nearly as strong but leaner and more pumped. I'm about 179 as we speak and leaner, but a bit weaker. I imagine it will come back in another month of training, but I am afraid I won't have time for a really strict regimen.

Overall, I think I need to work on my lats and my hams more, although these two parts may not appear to be relatively less developed. I like my deltoids to be about this relative size, and my overhead press is pretty good (97.5 Kg - 215 Lbs).

While I would enjoy showing everyone (especially you) the eyes behind the physique, I like to limit the cross correlation of my face and my physique. You already basically know what I look like and might even be able to recognize me. Should I just post pic of my entire bare, naked body including my face for all to see?:)
 
Where are all these skinny guys doing on a body-building board? I know my eyes are going but have I been posting on Elite Thinness?

No offense taken, and you are a lot more stacked than me.

I posted this on the C&C board for that exact reason. People even post pics of their faces here for no reason related to bodybuilding.

My ass knowledge is laughable simply because I have not used much before. Only one cycle. Unlike some ass clown who went on a cycle of 150mg daily of fina. And caught cancer. Some self proclaimed expert on fina huh? Or 1 gram of EQ weekly. Or the anavar... etc.. etc... Gee, if YOUR aas knowledge was any good, maybe you wouldn't have destroyed your immune system. Come to think of it... with your so-called knowledge, why the hell you only weigh 195? All those drugs and that's it? Oh wait... I see you were telling the truth about only working out twice a week. Well, I can imagine if some people think Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, Will Smith are stacked and juice, HI may look like he used to lift weights too.

AAP , if your 242 at 6% with only one cycle you have 1 in a million genetics, unless that one cycle lasted 5 years.

My cycle lasted 34 weeks. I weighed 231 prior to starting.

I place more emphasis on the importance of diet and training than I do on aas use. Without getting your nutrition and stimulation tuned in, aas will not make much of an overall difference.

a lot of people use lack of genetics as an excuse for skipping the hard work.
 
I think AAP has great genetics, but I think he has an even greater work ethic. Notice anyone who builds an incredible build, is willing to take that extra step to get it. Steve Reeves was 215-220 and clean. He did 3 full body workouts a week, 70 sets each session. People will laugh and say too much, didn't know what he was doing. But why is the man still admired to this day? Theres guys on the ana board who take grams a week, and look nowhere near as good as him. Then you see their big mac 'diet' and 2 set workout. Reeves, Arnold, Sergio, Haney, and Ronnie, etc. All these guys went the extra mile, and it showed.

Same can be said for a reg. guy at the gym. You have to be willing to work for it, or forget it. Too many people want steroids to do the work, and they end up thin with a little bit of muscle, or bloated like a fat pig.

AAP is one of the few I see who is willing to go that extra mile for his build. Genetics yes, but much more than that.

Ain't that the truth. I see people going through the motions of training and still looking the same year after year. Most people just don't want to be big enough to do the work. They just insist that it is their genetics holding them back. Or they had a bad stack. Or... or.... or.....

I would wager I could put 10 pounds of solid muscle on anyone off this board, juicer or not within 4 months.

actually, I didn't use any androgens, just EQ and winstrol. Plus I always keep my carbs very low. I did drop some bodyfat, so if you look at it that way, I probably did gain more muscle than reported. It is just the scale numbers went from 231-242.
