My ultimate primo cycle

Hi there im currently on test e only cycle at 250mg weekly its been 9 weeks and i will stop it at week 10 but that doesnt mean my cycle will be oover lol i am kicking up another 16 weeks after this cycle which will total to 26 weeks here are the following compounds i will be using

Primo Depot = 1 gram ewweek 1-16

Test Prop = 300mg's ew week 1-16

Equipose = 300mg ew week 1-16

Turanabol = 60mg ed week 1-6

Winstrol Depot = 50mg ed week 7-16

I'm 6 foot 1 190 pounds, BF = 14%

i have all my other protections in check to like arimidex, hcg and others so no worries there

so yeah this cycle was designed for me by my cousin he is a hardocre roid user he does a simillar cycle but he uses
primo 1.2 grams
eq 800mg
test e 1gram
for 16 weeks also and this is the only cycle he does once or twice a year he says this is the best cycle and i believe him he is at 4% BF and weighs 240 pounds he is starting his new cycle soon but hes taking the the legendary road now he says he has reached his peak with roids so he will be hitting hgh and igf along his cycle but enough about him, about me lol my diet is going to be very clean i want to get under 10% body fat eve 9.9% i will be happy loool but yeah here is my meal plan by the way my whole life i always eat heavy for breakfast but now heavy and healthy lol

Meal 1
Mixed fruit with blue black raz and straw berries
50g Oats cooked in water with raisins
6 egg whites and low fat cheeze
Table Spoon Peanut butter (crunchy)

Meal 2
150 grams Sweet Potato
100 grams Lean Beef Steak

PreWorkout
40grams Carbs/40grams Protein Shake

Post Workout
Pure Whey Protein Shake
Medium Banana

Meal 3
200 grams grilled chicken
Veg

Meal 4
1 small can tuna
1 Avocado
Extra ligt Mayo

Meal 5/Before Bed
Casein Protein Shake 6 almonds


This will be my diet for 16 weeks straight only changes will be in tuna like sometimes sardines or pink salmon etc but yeah i will be training 5 times a week weight lifting and 30 mins cardio (low intensity) for fat burning and saturday pure pure pure cardio workouts and sunday lie on my tight ass ok that sounded gay but yeah lol please advice me on my cycle i would really appreciate it and let me know if everything is in check and if im doing everything right thankyouuuuu :)
 
Only observation I have is that just cuz your cousin (or anyone) runs a certain cycle doesn't mean it's meant for you...

Are your stats/bodies/ages/cycle and training history EXACTLY the same?

ill be doing a powerful pct which again my cuz uses i will be using. Hcgenerate, Unleashed, Clomid and Aromasin, along with clen and creatine to maintain as much mass possible pct will be 8 weeks
 
but the cycle my cuz designed for me is very low dose only primo is high and primo is very easy to recover from
 
6 ft 190 lb 14% you need more base and less gear mate .

i have done 4 cycles before test e only, test, eq, test e tren e, test prop and primo tabs. and in all of these cycles i have never gone over 250mgs of test e and not over 300mg of prop i keep it low because i like LBM i dont want to look like the hulk and test e and eq i ran for 21 weeks and recovery wasnt a prob 200mg eq and 250mg test e
 
ok but yeah no one has answered my question yet which originally what this thread was about please dotn worry about my recovery i will be absolutely fine god help ^^
 
god has nothing to do with science. you are running a long ass cycle that you may never recover from. anytime you go over 12 or 14 weeks you run the risk of NEVER having your HPTA perform good again. did your cousin run blood tests to confirm he recovered?

that is not cycling.. what you are doing is blast and cruising. cycling is 10 weeks on, PCT, then time off. I ran 12 week cycle and I've been off for 6 months and I'm STILL not recovered.. i feel recovered, but blood tests haven't confirmed I am recovered yet and my gear is still sitting in my closet and I'm not touching until i am recovered ..

and you expect to recover from a 25 week cycle in 8 weeks?

what are your blood test results before and after your previous 4 cycles? you may not have given your body a chance between cycles and your HPTA may be not functioning at this point. not trying to be a d*k but trying to help you avoid screwing yourself up forever.

also you outlined an excellent diet and workout regime.. why not do that NOW instead of depending on steroids to reach your goals?

bottom line you want a straight answer? your 'cycle' is TOO LONG, and your amounts are TOO HIGH. for your size 500mg/week primo is enough. your cousin is 60 pounds heavier then you and obviously a bodybuilder if his bf% is 4% (which is probably BS and I dont believe that) 4% is too low unless he is a total freak. so for you to want to copy him is ridiculous.

seems like you want to copy your cousins success too much instead of setting your own goals.

this is what you need to do.

complete your current cycle.. run PCT. time off. blood test to confirm you are recovered

then primo 10-12 weeks 500mg/week
test 12 weeks moderate dose, dont go crazy, again your a slim dude you dont need much..
then time off again.

you came here for advice that is as plain as advice as you will get .. that is how you CYCLE steroids. you dont run it for 26 weeks straight then go off 8 weeks and expect to be g2g. you can still have a good sex drive and still have a shut down HPTA and you can have no sex drive and have a perfectly good HPTA and high test. so your theory on that is bogus and for you to base your cycle off that is highly risky
 
This is the most BS i have ever read ,and the diet sucks ,where are the micro nutrients, the essential fatty acids & fats?
I think this whole thread is a farce!
 
I agree with RADAR; if you're 6'1" 190@ 14%BF on ANY gear you are doing something wrong. You're slim and smooth, my first cycle was 100mgs test prop and 200 mgs primo/week and I got shredded and I'm 40. I'm no genetic superstar, but I can easily get to 195@12% BF WITHOUT gear and I'm only 5'10" and would only weigh 165 if I didn't train for size.

I firmly believe one should learn to train natural before using AAS. 16" arms are not that hard to build naturally. If you're not there yet put the syringe down, and slowly back away....

Once you've learned how to do it naturally it won't take nearly as much gear to get to the next level.

yes and you should also be healthy before going on cycle. dont start your cycle while you are fighting a cold, or coming off ACL surgery, or dealing with tendonitis. get healthy FIRST then run your cycle and run it to the max even if it means taking 2 weeks off from the gym and just walking everyday.
 
Im just shocked how someone drops the cash no problem on a cycle like that...damn...I am not poor, but a gram of Primo a week even if its UG for 16 weeks is a MF boatload of cash....not to mention a ton of pinning, whats the pinning schedule going to be with all that high dose multiple compounds wow...

Haha good point. I compleltly agree Id probably take 6 months of solid research and perfecting my diet and training before I went for a cycle like that at that price and Id say is was already 90% there but id still want to make sure at that price. Some people just have more money than sence tho and this guy definetly has no sence.
