Cool sugah!! Well good luck with the move ;) x

Why did I do legs on moving day?!?!? Lol. Stubborn I guess....so far so good. Only moving half today so should be done soon then hitting the books like you for a fun filled sat night! ;)

Its Sunday!!! So I've been using the eat whatever the f**k I want diet recently which has definitely caused a lot of negatives (fat gain, fatigue, water rentetion) but the one positive is that I've gained some great muscle mass. My legs are filling out and my arms have ballooned! Going to buy more work now. Can't fit in anything. Lol

Today's wo:

Elliptical 1 HR at 9 resistance

Flatbar triceps pushdown/SS/reverse grip pulldowns: 5*10*70

Rope triceps pushdown/SS/overhead triceps rope Ext: 5*10*50

DB curls/SS/DB SD Lat raise: 5*10*20

Had to go do abs.at this point bc my forearms were so pumped I couldn't close my hands to grip the.dbs!

Crunches: 5*100

Bb wide grip.curls/SS/skullcrushers (no rest between sets): 5*10*40

Finished w/ resistance band:
SS of negative bicep curls(10 sec)/SS/SD Lat raise/SS/ overhead triceps Ext: 4*20

Off to do more moving. Have a fabulous day y'all!

Yeah the plus sides on that diet unfortunately don't out weigh the negative for me. I feel like complete shit when I eat like that.

The negatives don't outweigh the positives at all! I've been feeling awful! Got back on my diet yesterday. Feeling really good today. Making Mondays my off days though.

Officially felt like a fat ass yesterday so hit it as hard as I could today.

Elliptical 1 HR at 9 resistance

Lat pulldowns/SS/wall sits
5*10*80/5*30sec hold

Underhand pulldowns/SS/wall sits
5*10*80/5*30sec hold

SD Lat raise/SS/DB SL Roman DL
Drop sets 3*7*35(5lb decrease down to 5lbs)/SS/3*15*30s

DB shoulder press/SS/DB external rotation/SS/Arnold press/SS/DB SL Roman DL
3*10*15/3*15*15/3*10*15/3*15*30s

Crunches/SS/bodyweight hip thrusts
4*100

Shoulder press and bicep curls w/ resistance band til failure

Had an awesome workout! Felt awesome.

Leg day

Elliptical 1 HR 9 resistance

Leg press: 3 drop sets: each 470*5, 420*7, 330*10, 240*12, 150*15

Hip thrusts: 5*15*85

Single leg bw squats on body/SS/wall sits: 5*10each leg/5*1min hold

Cruches: 500
