el jefe New member Apr 30, 2001 #2 Start now! Sensitive nipples are one of the first signs of gyno. Run the nolva at 40mg's until the sides are gone. I would continue the nolva at 10-20mg's throughout the cycle. Good luck bro. GYNO SUCKS!
