Guys, there is really no point in posting your own blood work. One, everyone's results will differ depending on genetics, baselines, cycles, diets, etc. Two, if you are going to post, post your doctor's interpretation and comments on the results. Lastly, don't ask me to read your results unless you have the following: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Bioavailable Testosterone, and Estradiol. Any testing without these basic tests is useless for your purposes. it would also be nice to see testing for GH function (IGF-1; IGFBP-2; IGFBP-3). Try and find a doc that will order these tests. If you can't, I will order them for you. You can email me for details.

This includes novices and intermediates, but may interest advanced BB's as well. Do a cutting cycle FIRST before doing a size/strength cycle. Continue the cutting cycle until your BF% is below 10%. You will see some amazing gains when you start your bulking cycle. The major advantage is less fat accumulation with better size and strength gains. Too many people are too "fat" to start a bulking cycle. All they end up doing is putting on more fat (muscle too, but what's the point), holding more water, destroying their lipid panel (high cholesterol), and it makes it tougher on the body to cut and get the blood values back to normal. Guys with 15+ BF% are considered too fat. You will see a BIG difference if you cut first, bulk second, and cut third (this cutting cycle will be a piece of cake).
