The use of medications for hormone replacement/enhancement therapy costs money. It is an investment in the continual improvement of your fitness and health. Stop complaining about how expensive everything is. Stop complaining about your insurance company. Until things change in Congress and the Executive Branch, this is our healthcare system. Look at it as an investment, not an entitlement.
Blood Testing--I still don't understand everybody here doesn't get basic testing (comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, Testosterone levels, estrogen levels). This is all you really need. If your doc won't order the tests, I will. You need a baseline to see changes. So, the first test should be while not on any cycles. Then, you need the same basic testing post-cycle. This is all you need. Yes, it would be nice to ahve one test mid-cycle to see the changes there. This goes back to my first statement. Blood Testing is an investment in your health and fitness.
KISS Rule--This applies to all but especially novices and intermediates. "KISS stands for Keep it Simple Stupid." Keep your cycles simple and on target. I see people growing like weeds on an eight-week 200-400mg Testosterone/Aromasin cycle and keep their gains with an HCG/Nolvadex post recovery cycle. I see people losing fat on a HGH/Captopril/Yohimburn cycle. It is that simple. And their liver values, kidney values, and blood values are normal. They sleep at night without sleep aids and narcotics. They eat and exercise properly. The first cycle you do is NOT your last. So many people make their first cycle "all or nothing" and that is fuzzy thinking. Anyway, just some thoughts.
