My sups, your opinion

First off I am new to this forum. I have been reading and researching it for a couple of weeks, and this is my first post. There seems to be a lot of knowledgable people here which I have allready learned a lot from. I am a very hard gainner 5'06" 148lbs.

These are my sups.
3 servings ON 100%
1700 mg vit. e
1 multi vit.
3 servings flax seed oil
2000 mg omega 3
3 Sci*Fit Get Stacked ( almost gone and only pro-hor. I had left, unfortunatley never got to try 1AD.)
liquid creatine daily

starting this week I will be adding
Optimum ZMA
Nutrex Vitrix
Swole V2

I also eat about 2500 cal. a day w/ plenty of protein and carbs.

I lift hard 3 times a week and am about to start the 5x5, which I discovered on this forum.

My goal right now is 175lbs, just swole not ripped at this point. Any help or feed back is apprecited.

A pretty good combo. ON whey is great, I might skip the vit e. if your multi is good, flax is great-but is the omega 3 a fish oil ?, I dunno squat about PH's, LIQUID CREATINE IS SNAKE OIL lol go give it to someone you hate, ZMA might help you sleep deeper but is probably not necessary unless you have a zinc/mag deficiency, Vitrix (tribulus) may make you a lil horny but not much else, (the ZMA and Vitrix could however be beneficial when combined with your PCT after your PH cycle), and finally swole, like On Whey is great!I am a creatine non responder and it helped me bust many a plateau.Tastes good too.

As far as your weight goal, if you only weigh in at 148 and are a hard gainer, I assume you dont gain fat easily either, and in this case I would be inclined to bump the calories up quite a bit. For you, bodyweight x20 would be a good formula for mass gains, leaving you with 2960 cals per day.

vitamin E has had studies about it making your life shorter... although it does up your circulation. I would recommend you adding in multi vits and high doses of vitamin C right after your workout and before you go to sleep.
Also for those Pro-H get some Tribulus T to get rid of the side effects that you dont want. and as BigT said, up those Cals by at least 500.
