Well apprently im 16% bf and i weight 124lbs.
The trainer says.. stop body building and start skipping. He wrote me a skipping program.
Said i could still use the machines.. but do 50 reps at a lower weight

I am to eat 5 meals a day, one consists of yogurt and the other has gratefruit..
