This really sucks! Any press exercise I do wreaks havoc on my right shoulder. Bench press, Incline press, Decline press, and Military press all make my shoulder feel like its on fire. It feels like a sharp pinch in the muscle when I press up. I can kind of do bench if I bring my grip in but it still bothers me. Any free weights like incline dumbbells ( which is my favorite lift of all time) is now out of the question. Are there any supplements I can take to help alleviate the pain? Any exercises I can do to maybe strengthen my shoulder so it wont hurt anymore?
