you can get msm, chondrointon, glucosamine from anywhere basically, eckerds, wallmart, any supplement store will have combos of those three in capsules or caps
 
good advice on the ice it, rest it... don't do whatever aggrevates it for a week or 2.

Make sure you're stretching your chest out well after a solid bench workout.

Use close grip and tuck your elbows into your lats.... it's been a rotator saver for me, and my chest development is just fine (I exclusively close grip bench).


Summary...

Ice
Time off from the lifts that bother it
Stretching, lots of it... in all directions

Seek medical advice if nessesary
 
Sarge makes some good suggestions. It sounds to me like you have unbalanced shoulder development. You need to stretch out your shoulders. Stretch your pecs, and get one of those Shoulderhorns. www.shoulderhorn.com

I'm using one, and it is helping out slowly but surely.
 
you should talk to a orthopedic surgeon about cortisone or a clavical resection.
 
the term "fire" on your first post concerns me

thats what it felt like when I tore a muscle yet was still able to work out to a degree

better get it checked out
