My routine

Sex: Male
Age: Ill be 16 august 21 (lets just go with me being 16)
Weight: 191 lbs
Height: 6 ft

I bike to the gym which is 8 miles there and 8 miles back everyday!


My routine:

Mon: Back, Biceps, abs
Tues: Chest and triceps
Weds: Legs, mainly calves
Thursday: Back, biceps, and abs
Friday: Chest and Triceps
Saturday Legs, mainly calves
Sunday: Day off

Being doing this workout for a week, but have been working out for 8 months now.

Is this too much for my body?
I tried to set it up so each one gets 24-48 hours of rest.
Also what supplements are the best to help me build muscle faster?
 
And why is your legs mainly calves!?

If your gonna do a split maybe do somthing like
Monday - shoulders, triceps
Tuesday - Back, Calves
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Chest, Biceps
Friday - Legs
Sat + Sun - Rest

but at a young age and with little experience full body workouts are much better like you will find in the thread that southern lord gave you.
 
Mostly my calves because i dont want my legs to be any bigger. i can already leg press around 1000, my legs are like tree trunks! Mostly genetic, but there too big!
