I think you are doing to many sets per body part but once again this different for everyone. 5X5's 2-3 times per body part is too much your probably dead before you get to your 3rd exercise.
Plus your eating may be 2 clean get some carbs it will help you sustain muscle and the protein you are eating is it seems like alot of it is liquid protein try adding in more solid food proteins.
