my routine critiques please!!

I was doing the chest and tris-got some good gains but needed to change it up. I was doing chest and bis earlier this summer got some great gains but it was all water retention so i lost it. I went from 13 1/2 in arms to 15 since the summer.heres what it looks like now!

Monday chest/bis
flat bench 5x5
barbell curls 5x5
inclined bench 5x5
dumbell curls 5x5
cable curls 2x5

tuesday off
wednesday- legs/back
leg extn. 5x5
lat raise(1 arm) 5x5
squats 5x5
two arm lat raise 5x5
lying leg extn.2x5
pulldown lat-2x10
deadlifts 5x5

thursday tris/shoulders
french curl 5x5
shrugs 5x5
arm extn. 5x5
military 5x5
pulldown 2x8

friday sat and sund off

My diet consists on chicken 2 times a day,egg whites, tuna, pb&J
and about 250-300grms of protein.

on this program i'm gained 1/2 inch in my arms in a month
tell me if this is a good routine or bad i'm pretty positive on the routine since i've gotten such good gains

is that all you eat? is the protein you mention in addition to those? You need to get some carbs or you are basically running on empty.
 
your obsessed with your arm size...how bout the rest of the body? not trying to be rude, just need to look at the big picture. program looks pretty solid, i dont hink i could do two exercises for same bodypart 5X5 and still push it 100%.

maybe on second exercise go lighter more reps, like 8-10 range, with less sets. just my opinion.....kinda like needsizes program
 
well i'll eat pizza sometimes and no i get like 300grms a day on shakes prolly 450 a day total. I eat dinner when my mom makes it everyday which is like steak and fries and shit. I don't really watch my diet too much I'm 15 so.. i watch it enough i get a lot of carbs though.
 
ah your only 15...screw the diet, eat as much of whatever you want....dont need to worry about diet for a couple years still...your metabolism is at its peak right now, take advantage
 
yeah i see what you are saying i mean i don't do anything any sports ( i used to ) I've focused my self on just lifting and eating. well I'm not really obsessed with my arm size my chest and back are fucking huge compared to my arms and i want to get them to 16 by the summer so i can gain an inch a year and get to 2o around when i'm 20-21 years old. My chest gets huge fast and i'm really actually focused on getting my legs bigger. Yeah its tough for the 2nd 5x5 for bis when i superset. when i don't its okay. I just throw in those cable curls to tax it. Arnold " its those last few reps that gain the size those reps you can't do (but got to do) that tax the muscle and grow"
 
yeah 15 i think i got a great advantage of doing IFBB now that i've started so young i'll get my arms 16 by my 16th b-day(without a doubt) than i should get them to 20 by my 20th b-day ( you need 20 inch arms to win IFBB) and Im not worried about my chest and back they grow fast with my workout i'm pushin it so i know i'll grow.

Awesome work brother! My goals were real similiar as well. Im 23 now with arms just under 18". So it didnt quite workout that way for me. Still you have a pretty good start. My arms were 15.5 when I was 18. It just gets harder and harder the bigger you get IMO. With the exception of anabolics,havent even touched those yet. Keep it up!
 
yeah i know that it gets harder. Well for xmas i'm getting a preachercurl and a set of dumbells from 3-50lbs so thats great. I think once i reach 16 (6 months or so) i will just have to really force the muscle into growing with preacher curls and consentration curls (standing up arnolds style) I've learned alot now. At first i was just about to start juicing and you guys on EF told me to wait so i did and still got great gains. heres my plan tell me what you think??

i'll keep it real from now till 18 just food and protein. creatine here and there. then when i'm 18 i imagine the gains i've goten will be around 18 inch arms. Then i plan to juice and break the platue i'm sure i'll have and get em to 19 and than take a year off of juicing get em to 20 and one more year with a trainer (mine for IFBB) to get me ready and shit. Than go to a few local shows and i know i'll catch some eyes and be on my way to IFBB. most local shows don't have guys with 20 inch arms and a great body shape. (compared to the guys on ifbb)
in that year before competing i plan to really cut with hot rox or something maybe cut while on Deca (18) and get my waist down to like 31 32 and have that look no one can get you know the ultimate v shape. small waist huge fucking shoulders. I know once i cut i'll look great i have huge shoulders and back and chest just have to get the waist down to make that shit look bigger??
