I just finished 8 weeks of QV Cyp 200mg a week and Fina at 100MG EOD. Started at 191 ~13% bf 16" arms 44chest 24thighs finished at 198, with a peak at 203lbs. dont know the bf yet getting it tested may 5 but its down 16.5"arms 45"chest 25"thighs. IF anyone wants to see before and after pics heres a link to a website I just made. The pics of me in the red shorts are the before pics, I cant remember but I think I took those right after the gym. The pics of me in the blue shorts are the after totally cold. Im thinking about doing another cycle of tren and winny this summer. how long should I wait before I start again?

let me know your opinions on the results, if you think they suck go ahead and let me know but dont be too harsh and Im totally open to advice on getting better results next time around.. the first 6 weeks I ate anything I could, the last 2 weeks I eat a little better and less to drop some more bodyfat. I tried to work out 6 days a week a different muscle group every day for about an hour and 15 minutes... If I could do 10 reps I move up in weight. I usually only made it 5 days though and would double up one day on the next week.
