jk, i hope you plan on eating some big time food today. eat the turkey, eat the sweet potatoes, eat the pumpkin pie, eat it all brutha!! Happy ThanksGiving to everyone in this thread!!
 
Last inj today of 125cyp today......last eq will be saturday at 100mg....pct to begin 1 week from saturday with hcg, nolv and dbol, clen....I will let you know how it goes....


turkey day for me today was rather light.....turkey, egg fritatta, roughy, salad, cottage cheese, and jello........saturday is our big meal.........
 
Whelp...it's not gettn fat that sucks......cause then I'll be strong again, but its the middle of the road, lower skin fat that sucks.....still have a decent 4 ab outline in the morning which is depressing...either get a layer or fat or cut to 3%...the middle of the road size sucks.
 
thanks bro.......one thing Ive noticed also, changes were made to my diet last week and I'm chewing 10x less gum....no time. I am literally eating one meal after the next.....also, less oats......more yams, rice etc

Bloat is there but I think it's lower back pain too......bad. And after I train in the evening, thats when I feel like death........my hands turn blue at night, my legs get tinglyy.....is it the stress from training? Then my stomach problems kick in big time.......I honeslty feel like I have cancer or aids...something just isnt right.......anyone go throiugh vicodine w/d? How long does it last? Symptoms?

Ummmm you cannot do PCT with Dbol brother. Also, I have to say, this is by far the longest lasting thread I have EVER seen since...shit the day I joined! One other thing. Go to the fuckin doctor dude! It sounds like you have some vascular and/or neroulogical problems going on here. I cannot remember and I do not have time to go allll the way back and read but were you ill before? If so...don't mess around. This shit is not candy. kinda worries me you having so many issues both physiologically and physchologically and you are running gear that can radically alter your mood health and thought process if you are not stable. Not digging here just some things I have noticed as I read this post and people do not seem to notice. Sorry if I intrude.

It is always good to respond in a concerned manner if something doesn't seem to make sense. Not only for the person whose thread it is, but for others looking for guidance.

from august until now I have made gigantic strides and I owe it to a few solid bros....bigt silver tmatt ulter just to name a few have stuck by me. granted I am farrr from recovering but I am 10x better. I still feel like I'm dying and tody may have been the wake up call. I was close to driving to the hospital after I am cardio. honestly felt like it was over. but instead I relaxed and have eaten nonstop all day......and I'm stuffed yet hungry still. my am cardio is over. I may stroll on the treadmill for rhe next few days but more than likely I'm done. when I hit 190 i'll reconsider. how fast can I get shredded again if I get up to 15 %?
 
Jeff, I hope all is well......with your knowledge of dieting and you will-power, you can get shredded in no time, I have no doubts about that.

Get yourself healthy....it's time to build some muscle.

And, yes, you've made huge strides, you have a lot to be proud of.
