today...let's see...

grande redeye verona
a few eggs
6oz turkey 6 oz chicken
eggplant bakes with tomatoe pestoe
spinach salad
brocooli steamed
diet sunkist.....handfull of shelled peanuts......4 advil......500mg of hcg
 
that's my 9am meal and my noon.....in between, I cooked 2lbs of flank steak, 4lb of chx breast, 4-5 cups brown rice, 2l-3lbs of whipped yams, 3 cupos black beans, and a dozen hardboiled eggs......need to go get some ground lean turkey, apples, and water....then I just cook my oats every night and i'm rollin for the week....off day this weak is THURSDAY......this is for sure as I have a conference from 3pm to 10pm....boy do I need it......was going to take today off, but forgot about thursday. So.......

I want to really focus on gettn my knees and hips ok to squat ATF......I just can't seem to do it properly. Last week I did it with 5x5 at 135 and felt good....this week I'm gonna do it with 145 5x5.....and I superset 5 sets of dbell lunges to make it more taxing......i dont care of people laugh at me......I'll be there soon enouigh and it's just as intense doing 4 plates like a 80 yr old takin a shit then 145 ATF!
 
That type of food is more like it. BTW....diet Sunkist goes GREAT with Chinese food, lol. Good, progressive training too. I see some good things coming up for you.

Normally, I'd say Quiznos, but Subway can toast their buns now, so that makes it tough. I'd say Quizno's though. Homemade tacos or are you picking them up?
