My Quest to COMPETE - BEAT THE DISEASE!

No real updates....back session was intense. Delt still achin and throbbin. Gonna load up on advil and try to hit some very light shoulders, even lighter chest and tris. Arms 3x this week......good variation.

I just have been feeling like total piss. my face feels numb, eyes hurt to keepem open. I think I am so fucking overtrained its sick. I am def. feeding better, so calories arent the issue. It's the constant 2x a day abuse. Plus, I sleep in crazy spurts and at night feel like my stomach is going to burst.......1 hour, wake piss, 1 hour, wake starving, 1 hour...etc...........fuck, I jsut want to feel good damnit. I'd give a million bux to feel good. Is it the cardio? Seriously?

Feel ok today.........stepped on the scale this am and I was a whopping 161lbs.....this is a total fiasco. I wish I could stop the am cardio and just do it post training or like on my off days (TODAY!)

My diet is getting smaller and smaller.....I am now taking in 1.5 cups of oats, 1 cup of brown rice, and about 75g of carbs pw.......that's it.

my protein is high, with a lb of chicken a day, 18 or so egg whites, some fish, cc,

oh well...I just am not into any more. If I knew I could feel better and get stronger eating more, I would. Just no appetite and I am def not starving (although I may look like it.) Delt pain is still high. Training shoulders yesterday pain free, but now it's pretty sore. I can do bnop, light seat laterals, front laterals, cable uprights, front raises and rear raises, so I get a nice routine in, but I can't bench 20lb dbell at the moment and I can't incline or use dbells for delts.....sucks and I just feel so blah and weak. I am going t use one full week (i'm coming off aas this weekend for a minimum of 6 weeks) to rest up, and hopefully power through in a new wimb next friday with heavy deads again. Take today off, maybe some light stretching, walking, and do some higher rep deads for back tomorrow to keep form and stay strong.

Prob. will do some abs and maybe a walk on the treadmill afterwork, but my carbs today are done I think. I usually have a nice big cup of rice at noon, but today I am going with the big ass chef salad from the cafe and 6oz chicken. No training.
 
barbell rows.over had 5 x 6
lat pull wide 3 x failure
lowcable rows 3 x 6 to 10
underhand pulldowns 3 x 8 to 12
rack deads 4 x 4 to 6

what do you think....either this or swap rack deads for conventional going 12, 8,8,6,6,4 then back to 5x5 and a max single next week.
 
btw- i'm 169 again....subway, extra oats and carbs, 2 myoplexes a day....stomach is in nots, cals are through the roof, I hate the feel right now, but i gotta bust through this.....i'm killing myself. Then I go and on my off day yesterday I do an am and pm very light walk cardio session for a total of 1hr.....i'm an idiot....no more of that shit....

well for that you can go drink some bleach which is about what you do everyday anyways holding the same weight. I tried to be as helpful as possible posting up my diet etc... But if you want to be a cumburping pickelchested cumhoover have at it bro. I was saying you need help that NO ONE ON HERE CAN GIVE.
