i KNOW FOR A COMPLETE FACT i AM STALLED OUT ON DEADS at my current weight. Last week I was 8 lbs heavier and after the 3rd rep of 280, I barely barely got the last two...to try and go to 285 is setting myself up for failure and I am not MIND fucking......I feel drained and down....I want to come back next week and kill 285 x5 and then 330x1......maybe I can get 330x1 today if i bust my ass, but the sets before completely drag my ass down....esp. on my diet this week.....feel me?
