My Quest to COMPETE - BEAT THE DISEASE!

i KNOW FOR A COMPLETE FACT i AM STALLED OUT ON DEADS at my current weight. Last week I was 8 lbs heavier and after the 3rd rep of 280, I barely barely got the last two...to try and go to 285 is setting myself up for failure and I am not MIND fucking......I feel drained and down....I want to come back next week and kill 285 x5 and then 330x1......maybe I can get 330x1 today if i bust my ass, but the sets before completely drag my ass down....esp. on my diet this week.....feel me?
 
Now I understand......change out of necessity is good, I thought you just wanted to do something different for the sake of doing something different.
 
i read last night some dude who did have an incred. back, did 10 sets of deads and that's it...he sayd make sure 5 of them are between 4-6 range....

give me a good protocol for today noting last week

235x5
255x5
265x5
280x5
305x3
325x1



215x10
245 x 8
255 x 6
265 x 6
315x3
330x1?


shopuld i drop the x10 as it tires the shit out of me, or do I need it? would 225x8 be a better lift?

5 sets of deads in the 4-6 range is the '5x5' for all intents and purposes.

I see no need to burn yourself out on warm-up sets. I prefer to warm up leaving lots in the tank, get my workload in with the heavy sets.

Maybe something like this:

135x6, 185x6, 225x6, 275x3, 295x3, 315x3, 330x1, 265x8-10

After all of that I don't think you need to pyramid back down to 265. If you do rep out with 225 and try to get 20 its fun

i failed.....295x3 like butter......315x1 and ummff....my fucking delt pain went through the roof and my grip slipped.....so instead of getting 3 i got a single.....then 330...hell if I am using 2 1/2s.....335....up, pull, struggle pull struggle, straighten......lock. Where the hell is that read where I have like 270x1 or 280x1 in bold huge letters? lol....
 
not too bad for a 154lb'r who is frail, malnutrioned, diseased..weak...cardio 7x a week....gym 14z a week.....dork.
 
no love? last test inj wednesdy....what can I take to keep my test levels up so I can keep eating? igf? clen? I got a pinched nerve in my rhomboid region miserable!
