Whats new though, right? DL day always feels like shit all day at work, you hit the gym, and go out and shatter the previous week's numbers......lets do it another Friday.
 
The reward from deadlifts usually comes after the event. With the other lifts, you can often, if not usually, savour the lift before doing it. Trying to do that with deads will probably send you home in anxiety. Just go in and do the pulls. You'll feel great afterwards: spent but on top of the world.
 
wHAT IS THE PLAN THEN?

Increase all my x5's by 5 lbs and my single for 10

last week was something like 225x5, 235x5, 245x5 then 305x1

do: 230x5, 240X5 250x5 and then 315x1 <-----maybe......if I fail, I get it next week....I never shoulda reduced cals yest. and done cardio today....damn...plus, explosive shits all day....lol, sorry

yeah, bump it all up like you said.....do the single at 3 plates, just do it without thinking about it....then enjoy it afterwards.....you're more than capable of this at this point.

305 TOOK me 5 minutes from the ground to up....its the inbetween part where I get stuck and I wrote in my journal don't go heavier this weak...it was painful...seriously and it was 99% close to failure.....so maybe I need to hold off...my weight isn't where it should be and the sickness I am feeling just isn't right. How can I not be healthy at this point??? Im eating and eating and eating.....my body is just so fing beat up and destroyed that it's killing me. A year off would be so benefitial to me, but you know I can't even take a day. What needs to happen is I need to break a leg and a arm or better yet my neck.....it's sad to say I trust me, I'm not wishing for that but it would keep me away. Gdamn.....this sucks.....

on a different note, my chest and tris are so freakin sore its unreal...never felt this sore before or at least not for years. It's gotta be the bench press...
 
Sounds like you could really use a vacation bro. Congrats on 305. You know better than alot of people how few folks in commercial gyms can get close to 305 ATF.

I am taking Sat and Sunday off and eating 10,000 cals in Doughnuts. You should try it!

Deads is just as good bro - like anyone else in your gym probably even does them! I know at mine I am one of maybe 3 guys total that do DL's and I have only seen one other guy to ATF squats.

God job either way - and I agree w/ Biggt - just put the 3rd plate on and pull it up.

Doughnuts have a tremendous affect on squat and DL #'s. :chomp:
