or better yet, how about a 5x5 military?

It's only been 2 months at the longest since you started your lifestyle change. You are feeling uncomfortable because your body adapted to years of abuse, and it is trying to keep you in this conditoned state that you have been in for the past 10 years. You are basically trying to reestablish your homeostatis back to what it was before all this happened, which was 10 years ago. This will take some time bro, no need to rush it. You are doing great.

Give it some time and the stomach discomfort will eventually go away. I've already explained why it is that this can possibly be happening...stomach adjusting to increased food amounts and calories and density, etc....

Jeff, the 5x5 military followed by what you layed out should work fine....BTN military is a new lift being rotated in, so you can't 'miss a rep' since you haven't been doing them, so it is a good choice to prevent being disappointed by regressing on a lift you've been training for a few weeks just because you're fatigued.

If you're DLing and doing t-bar rows on Fri, at this point, I'd probably just say leave the back/lats alone today.

Im not fing fatigued damn it!!!!!!!!!!!

well, sorta

I highly doubt you have cancer or any other disease bro. You are most likely just being paranoid. I used to think crazy things like that too. Your best bet if to go to a doctor and get a full check up. Only that will ease your mind.

Other than that, you are doing good. How does it feel to have gained over 20lbs? Soon you will feel better and have so much energy. Keep it up, don't stop now.

thanks for the reassurance....today is Thursday 10-12-2006...weighed in at 169lbs after 20 minutes of light walking on an incline and a quick 15 minute 15 rep nat. routine....it's my day off from here on out which I hate. Lowering carbs after third meal just makes me feel blah....I get in about 54g of carbs in each of my first 3 meals and nothing but fiberous veggies after.

Yesterdays delt routine was solid.....I din't do BTN, as you know me better than that. I had to beat all my lifts from the prior week by either 5lbs or 1 rep...to which I did, now my lower back and stomach are killing me. I am thinking of maybe a light leg wo tonight if it's raining or a HIIIT sprint session..........prob. dumb, so we'll play it by ear.
