By then end of this 10 weeker (20 weeks in total) I’ll have use 2 bottles of 250mg cyp and 2 bottles of 200mg eq) hope Im not wasting the eq at such a low dose, but I have heard of people using 200-250mg and making gains!
Today I weighed in at 170.5……fucking 20.5 lbs in 9+ weeks and my mom last night said “I can’;t tell Jeff” Where is it? Then I had her feel my bi (which I must say is coming back quickly) and she paused then continued…….you’ve always had muscle, your face just look sucken in the temple region……my gma said last week my cheeks look better…..long story short, I still got work to do. Im wonder if the ab thing is gonna hold me back. I just wish I could get rid of these chills and body numbness…something aint right. I hope its not medical, as I had a liver biopsy a year ago and blood work done then, so I hope I am still fine. Its my body fighting to stay alive….
Anyways, BigT – you know you are gonna get me over the the powerliftn side..that’s your goal! Lol……Im starting to love it…..I wish my knees weren’t so fragile so I could squat heavy but everything else I love….esp deads……..
