Na, stopped cutting months ago bro, lol.
I got down to 189.5 lbs .... as lean as I've ever been, didn't get tested. At my leanest I think I was right around 10% I was happy with that, and switched to bulking... but i'm trying to do it leanly... I keep adjusting it's tough.

here's my leg progress
I hit 219lbs but bloated to all hell... I'm maintaining 212.0 lbs easily now... and hoping to get some body composition changes (add LBM decrease BF) and keep hitting new PR's... that's my current goal.
yeah, i don't have abs like I did before... they're still there, forgetabout it... they'll be back. It's all a head game bro. You wanna bulk, commit to it and all that it means.... keep your eyes on the goal... which is to get your weight and strength back.

diced while they bulk (AAS or not).
You have to expect to get at least "soft" trying to gain some muscle... fat, no... you don't have to get fat, but soft... it's kind of a given especially if you're trying to put on some serious weight.
You can do it... it takes time man.
