My Quest to COMPETE - BEAT THE DISEASE!

yesterday delts and tris....in my journal, I did a sporatic delt session last week and didnt write my routine down, but had the log from 2 weeks ago....warmwed up with 30lbs dbells for 12 and finished with 55's for 9 and wrote (YES!) next to the final set....with a spot.

Yesterday I started with the 45s and pumped out 12.....went to 50's for 10....and was thinking, man, what's the deal.....55's solo no spot for 10......60's, struggle to get up, banged out 2 sets of 8.....65's....65;s......had a boost, pumped out 5+ solo.....weights are gettn lighter and I am still doing 20 minutes of a slow incline walk 6 days a week....today my weight is 164....up from 161 but I also ate pretty heavy about 11pm.....all protein, but chicken, beef, whatever...couldnt stop....14lbs since this started....sure half is water from the test and some fat....abs are blurred, but hell, as long as I can flex and see 2 or 3 abs, I'm still better off than 60% of this world, right?
 
AND....today, is the all so dreaded off day....cept 20 minutes of am cardio and a quick nautilus 15 rep all bodypart pump....got some nitrobolic extreme no2 and loveeee it....

who cares about abs while bulking.... famine victims have abs, they also have ribs.
 
what could I do this afternoon? work has been on the slow side, so staying late, which is usually a good option, isnt today....could I do a leg press session....just work the lower half since my split has gone like this:

Sat - arms
Sun - quads,calves
mon - chest,bis
tuesday - hamm,clvs
wed - delts/tris
thurs???? light cardio? quads?
 
Jeff, take the day off, you trained the past 5 days in a row......remember last week??? You were nervous about the off-day, but we talked you into it, and the next day you hit a deadlift PR.....just remember that.

Eat plenty of food.....forget about cardio.....don't so much as drive past the gym.....rent a movie, watch a game, there is always an NCAA game or two on Thurs. night, have a cheat meal, clown around with the dog.....just do something other than train, and NO cardio, and eat plenty of calories to get ready for tomorrow.

I don't pack enough........damn......I have been skipping out on the fat in meal 1 as olive and flax oil in oats is horrid...also, my first meal is 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup....guess I need to crank it up....163 today.....13lbs.....
crank it up... as you gain weight, you need more calories to keep putting on weight at the same pace... chow down bro.
 
Also....Jeff, EQ is famous for increasing appetites, let it do what it does best and just eat the extra food....I am not saying to go to Dunkin' Doughnuts or anything, so don't get worked up, lol....just eat more, double up on a meal or if you're hungry before the next scheduled feeding, just go ahead and eat.
