I'm going to do errands... lots of them.

Today unlike some other days I have ALOT to do... register car, take it to the dealer maybe get it inspected on the spot so i can get it out of the way, take it to the custom audio shop to replace a blown component speaker, take my white ass to the tanning booth, food, course work, eating, and relaxing.

Go to the book store and sit there and read one of the Steriod books they have, they have some interesting BBing / Lifting books in Barnes and Noble.
 
I thought you were cutting now? Is that over? What did you get down to?

I'm gaining weight like a fean and not used to it....sux, sorta.....bloatedness, abs totally gone (that's the worse part and the part that's gonna make me turn back, I know it....)

How can so many bulk and stay friggn diced???????

Na, stopped cutting months ago bro, lol.

I got down to 189.5 lbs .... as lean as I've ever been, didn't get tested. At my leanest I think I was right around 10% I was happy with that, and switched to bulking... but i'm trying to do it leanly... I keep adjusting it's tough.

I hit 219lbs but bloated to all hell... I'm maintaining 212.0 lbs easily now... and hoping to get some body composition changes (add LBM decrease BF) and keep hitting new PR's... that's my current goal.

yeah, i don't have abs like I did before... they're still there, forgetabout it... they'll be back. It's all a head game bro. You wanna bulk, commit to it and all that it means.... keep your eyes on the goal... which is to get your weight and strength back.

I don't know many, if any that stay truely diced while they bulk (AAS or not).

You have to expect to get at least "soft" trying to gain some muscle... fat, no... you don't have to get fat, but soft... it's kind of a given especially if you're trying to put on some serious weight.

You can do it... it takes time man.

Not many people do bulk and stay diced, my man......Some can stay closer than others....being some combination of ecto/mesomorph, or a pure ectomorph helps......drug dosage helps......but don't ever be fooled by pics in BB Mags, those guys don't hold that condition year-round, and they didn't build that muscle staying diced year-round.

Just forget about the last 4 years and all the horse shit you read......think back to what you did in college, just let common sense override this irrational disease.

why are you so defensive? He's giving you solid advice. He's saying instead of questioning everything just do it. YOu have ONLY been doing it 5 weeks. Thats right 5. Not long enough to even think about changing it.

I would never get in your thread and flame bro - ever. It just seems to me that you have a new reason or reasons daily to quit/change your diet/training.

All I am saying is enjoy the journey bro - enjoy it.
