my plan for this poast week was :155x10, 190x6, 195x6, 200x6, 205x6, 230x2, 265x1 as it would push every weight bu 5 lbs....I was scared of 265 but I went at it....first 5 sets were ok.....230x2 felt good so I hit it for 4......195 felt good too so I hit that for 8 instead of 6........time for 265, struggle but got it up.......so I went after the big boy.....275.....foguht and fought...and yanked it for what felt like 3 minutes....in the locked position I swear I just held it up for 25 minutes...layed it back down and said "HELL YA".....made for a good weekend....although cals have been low, which they normally are on the weekend, i had a good arm session yesterday and I got squats today in about 3 hours.....do me favor and read my squat ?.....my knee is really giving me some issues and I am not sure if Im doing damage to it...it's in the WL forum...

Whelp, it’s Monday September 25th got a ton of sleep this weekend, weight is now about 167lbs. Up an incredible amount which sort of worries me. I mean these 3-4 lbs jumps isn’t right. My ankles are swollen BIG TIME around the joints……..face is a little smollen around the cheaks and knees aare starting to swell. Is this from the test? Even at such a low dose? I am using dand. Root and juniper, but not really helping. Abs are really faded as I can harldy see two which makes me think the water bloat is even higher. Reason I say that is that my cals were extremely low yesterday, I got in 4 good meals and a pw meal and my weight was up 3lbs. Would love to hear what you guys have to say.

My stomach has been giving me a lot of troubles. I am consuming water and chrystal light non stop, so no posts to increase water intake necessary. It’s gotta be a few gallons……I am getting tingly sensations in my stoach hands and feet……can this all be because I am only 167lbs? I mean there are thousands of people with my stats and no problems.

I got chest and bis tonight…..don’t feel like doing much. Hope that changes…..starting to lose the fire, maybe it’s time for a break….we’ll see.
 
Jeff, I can't help ya with the ankle swelling......face swelling is common in test users, your dose is low compared to bodybuilders and athletes who abuse the drug, however 250mg a week is sky high compared to what a Dr would prescribe for HRT, so yeah, I'd say bloat COULD be an issue with that dose......I'll let Mr BMJ or somebody with a little more knowledge about people recovering from an eating disorder comment on the ankles and the stomach discomfort and all.

Also, man, congrats on hitting 167, it is a big improvement and it shows all the work you put into this.....keep going.

Could be he increase in food but that is unlikley....I knew a guy that bloated heavily on sust....real bad. High BP. fast heart rate. you may need to use more anabolic compounds or it could also be your preception to an extend as dysmorphia is a powerful thing...I think I look small always.

TUESDAY - THE DAY AFTER YESTERDAY....

G-DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont get it....I remeber five weeks ago on flt dbell press my brother snickered and sneered at me because the brother who was benching 350 5 years ago and curling his brothers bench, was now barely getting 60lb dbell for a set of 8 without a spot. Each week I've been forcing myself to beat my previous record. Either one more rep or bmp up 5lb dbells. Last week I did for my working sets 60x12, 65x10 and then two sets of 70 with a boost and spot for 7 max. So I go in there thinking everything needs to stay the same except I need 8 reps min,. with the 70's with a spot. One prob. no one was there to help me. So I do my 60x12, then I get 65x10....nice....it felt heavy so I rested for a few and waited. Still no one. So I grab the 70's and try to hoist em...bang, bang, bang....10 REPS....fuck.....rest for a few minutes.....do it again...bang, 10 reps...finally someone comes in....75's...up a little boost, bang...5 good reps and 2 forced.....bang another set 75s 5 good reps.....

Inclines were ok, but I think I lost a lot of juice on flat....overall happy. Barbell curls were funny...last week I did 80x10, so I wanted 80 for 12.......pick it up and it felt heavy....8 good ones, then 3 cheat curls.....11 total.....ok.....put it down and look at the number....hahah..I picked up the 90 lb barbell......oops....haha

Anywho, strngth is gettn better even though I feel like I am dying during the day...Im hoping this is gonna go away when I get to a normal weight.....he wants to increase my cals but I havent....I am up 2lbs each week on avg, so why change something that is working.....it feels like I am eating a friggn TON!

I got str8 leg deads, smith hammy squat, frog leg press today.....hammys, calves abs and delts tomorrow.....you guys dont think my diet is lacking in cals do you?

Jeff, if you're gaining 2lbs a week, that is all the reassurance you need that you're eating enough......what you're doing is working, so don't fix it until it breaks.
 
As I sat at the table last night, eating my rice krispies (HIGH GI) rice cakes (HIGH GI) and other cold processed cereals (SAME CONCEPT AS DEXTROSE, JUST NOT COMPLETE SUGAR WHICH I CAN’T FATHOM) I thought to mtyself….why the hell, after eating low gi great protein and carb sources all day before training, am I scarfing down all these junk carbs (100g worth)??? Everything tells me (from readings) that high gi is the way to go….some chose dex, some sweet tarts and candies, some processed rice, rice cakes, cereal, ect……does this make sense? Why do I want to eat this crap after I just put an hours worth of die hard dedication into my training….only to pound back a mess load of processed foods?? Any takers?
 
4 sets of modified leg press. 15 reps (From the bottom then up 50% then back down. Felt high in the hamstring near glute tie in.)
4 sets stiff leg deadlifts. (first set warm up. the rest heavy 6-8 rep range)

4 sets standing leg curls (Heavy 6-8 rep range)
4 sets seated leg curls. 8-10 rep range
4 sets of laying leg. (One leg at a time.) 6-8 rep range
