TUESDAY - THE DAY AFTER YESTERDAY....
G-DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont get it....I remeber five weeks ago on flt dbell press my brother snickered and sneered at me because the brother who was benching 350 5 years ago and curling his brothers bench, was now barely getting 60lb dbell for a set of 8 without a spot. Each week I've been forcing myself to beat my previous record. Either one more rep or bmp up 5lb dbells. Last week I did for my working sets 60x12, 65x10 and then two sets of 70 with a boost and spot for 7 max. So I go in there thinking everything needs to stay the same except I need 8 reps min,. with the 70's with a spot. One prob. no one was there to help me. So I do my 60x12, then I get 65x10....nice....it felt heavy so I rested for a few and waited. Still no one. So I grab the 70's and try to hoist em...bang, bang, bang....10 REPS....fuck.....rest for a few minutes.....do it again...bang, 10 reps...finally someone comes in....75's...up a little boost, bang...5 good reps and 2 forced.....bang another set 75s 5 good reps.....
Inclines were ok, but I think I lost a lot of juice on flat....overall happy. Barbell curls were funny...last week I did 80x10, so I wanted 80 for 12.......pick it up and it felt heavy....8 good ones, then 3 cheat curls.....11 total.....ok.....put it down and look at the number....hahah..I picked up the 90 lb barbell......oops....haha
Anywho, strngth is gettn better even though I feel like I am dying during the day...Im hoping this is gonna go away when I get to a normal weight.....he wants to increase my cals but I havent....I am up 2lbs each week on avg, so why change something that is working.....it feels like I am eating a friggn TON!
I got str8 leg deads, smith hammy squat, frog leg press today.....hammys, calves abs and delts tomorrow.....you guys dont think my diet is lacking in cals do you?
