my protein shake - u will love it !

throw in a big cup:

- some yoghurt
- some water (depends how thick u like it)
- protein ( so much u want)
- honey (1 table spoon)
-peanut butter (1 table spoon)
- 1/2 cup oat meal to get fiber and quality carbs
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 banana

MIX IT IN BLENDER AND n-joy!

what can i use as a yogart substitute?

what about flax?
Also, won't a banana add put on fat when stacked with proteins and fats. I tought it is the highest GI fruit.

Don't know the answers to your other questions, but I always put Flax in my shakes and they still taste fine.
 
Sounds like a pretty good shake... I've never tried putting PB in a shake so I'm interested to try that and see how it tastes.
 
ENGI - have you been putting on bf from the shake?
hoe many do you take per day?

also, i strongly advice you not to take it before you sleep

as for the oatmeal is concerned, great idea:)
 
I have modified your shake slightly, although i did love your shake

30 grams whey protein isolate (choc)
12 oz lactaid skim milk
8 oz water
5 raw egg whites
2 table spoons extra chunky pb
1 1/2 cups oatmeal or 1 1/2 cups Farina

This shake is full of good fats, low gi carbs, the only sugar comes from the milk and it is miniaml. The shake incorperates fast, medium, and slow absorbing protein which will through you into anabolic drive for at least 3-4 hours. Beautiful:D
