Here is how i've progressed with body building since I was 15.
15
Wanted to build my muscles because someone in my class at school was showing off about his. I started doing dumb and bar bell curls every day. I was skinny and didn't eat enough to build big muscles.
Weight at 15-156lb's
16
Left school and researched body building, joined a gym started eating loads but the wrong sort of foods, discovered the right kinds of foods and was doing heavier weights weekly.
Weight at 16-195lb's(a lot of it fat though)
17
Started doing intense weight training and eating like a horse, all types of food though.
Weight at 17-220lb's
18
Stopped doing weights and just eat loads of fats.
Weight at 18-260lb's
19
Got back into weights but did lots of cardio to work off the fat.
Weight at 19-245lb's
